Placing An Order

Step 1: Color draw downs: Please provide color name, color chip number and the paint company name. Within 72 hours, we will mail the color draw downs of your color choice to you for your approval. Please mail one of the draw downs back to us with your signature.
Step 2: Purchase order: You may fax or email your purchase order. Fax to 503.552.1441 or email to Karol at karol@acrylitex.com You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.
Step 3: Manufacturing: Acrylitex Texture System is manufactured to each specific order. Please allow 7 business days from submitting purchase order to ship date.
Step 4: Shipping: We will ship product best available way. If product requires a heated van during freezing temperatures, we will make sure that product ships by heated van. Ship times will vary. Please check with Karol for most accurate ship times and freight costs.
Returns: Acrylic Technologies has a ‘No Returns’ policy for custom orders.
Payment: For Approved Accounts: Deposit of 50% for custom tinted orders. Please contact office for credit application to become an approved account.
